Artist acknowledges that The Embassy Series does not exercise control over the Concert Location and that, from time-to-time, Embassies may deny or withhold approval to use the intended Concert Location at relatively the last minute. In the event the Concert Location is not available for the Concert, The Embassy Series reserves the right to designate a substitute venue(s).
